Who We're Looking For

We want a motivated student or recent graduate in BIT (Business Information Technology) or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in business operations, marketing, and platform growth.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new instructors and help them publish their courses on the platform
• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Monitor platform activities: enrollments, instructor earnings, and student feedback
• Help manage instructor payouts and resolve student claims
• Suggest new ways to attract students and improve platform operations

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in BIT, IT, Business, or related fields
• Basic understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Good communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda
• Comfortable using online platforms and willing to learn quickly
